News: Oct 12, 2018

Astrid von Rosen, CCHS/Embracing the Archive cluster coordinator and researcher is one of the authors of the anthology August Strindberg and Visual Culture. The Emergence of Optical Modernity in Image, Text and Theatre published by Bloomsbury and launched in Stockholm on October 30th.

Astrid von Rosen participates in the book with the article “Dream-Playing the Archive: Exploring the 1915-18 Düsseldorf production of A Dream Play”. Ester Szalczer is currently visiting scholar at the Department of Cultural Sciences, a visit also supported by the Centre for Critical Heritage Studies/Embracing the Archives cluster.
